Coaching focuses on integration — helping you apply healing in real time, set boundaries, and create a life that feels aligned and sustainable. My coaching is trauma-informed, but it’s not mental-health treatment.

  • No, coaching is not billable through insurance. However if you are a small business owner, coaching can be categorized as personal development.

  • This space is for high-capacity women who are tired of performing, people-pleasing, and holding it all together. You’ve done therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts — and still feel stuck in survival mode. Coaching helps you move from understanding your patterns to living differently.

  • YES! Coaching is often the bridge between insight and embodiment. You’ll build on what you’ve learned — translating it into daily habits, emotional safety, and new patterns that actually stick.
