Therapy focuses on healing the past and treating mental-health symptoms and diagnoses. Coaching focuses on integration, helping you apply healing in real time, set boundaries, and create a life that feels aligned and sustainable. My coaching is trauma-informed, but it’s not mental-health treatment.

No, coaching is not billable through insurance. However if you are a small business owner, coaching can be categorized as personal development.
